Muoka is the Principal Partner of A. Graham-Douglas prize for the 'best and most outstanding student in company law and commercial practice' at the Nigerian Law School. His core expertise is in the areas of: civil litigation, company and commercial law, banking and insurance matters, corporate re-structuring and re-engineering, project and joint venture documentation, communications, construction and development law, trusts, environmental law and intellectual property law.
He is a director of the Prisoners Rights Advocacy Initiative PRAIa non-governmental organization that provides pro-bono legal services to prison inmates and others whose rights have been abused. Funmi Ayeni is a passionate public interest lawyer and public administrator. As a lawyer and public administrator in the public interest field, she has worked on several initiatives aimed at understanding and tackling the factors which impede access to justice and the enjoyment of human rights.
